1. Cancellation by the Customer

Customers may cancel their booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled departure time and receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time are non-refundable.

2. Weather and Sea Conditions

Safety is our priority. If weather, wind, sea conditions, or other safety-related circumstances make the tour unsafe, Marena Budva Boat Tours may cancel, delay, or reschedule the tour.

If we cancel the tour because conditions are unsafe, customers may choose one of the following options:

Reschedule the tour for another available date or time; or
Receive a full refund.

The decision on whether a tour is safe to operate is made by Marena Budva Boat Tours, the captain, or the responsible operator.

3. Late Arrival and No-Show

Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed meeting point on time. If a customer arrives late and misses the departure, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may not be eligible for a refund.

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before departure.

4. Booking Changes

Requests to change the date, time, passenger number, or tour details are subject to availability.

We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee availability for requested changes.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the bank, card provider, payment processor, or booking platform used.

6. Third-Party Booking Platforms

If you booked through a third-party platform, travel agency, or partner website, their refund and cancellation rules may also apply. In such cases, refund requests may need to be handled directly through the platform where the booking was made.
